"Went in for a part, yes they had my part finally someone had the part I had been looking for for over a week. Will say they were helpful so getting the extra star. went home tried it unfortunately the part didn't work in fact my old part worked better then the new part they gave me so why the one low rating well took the part back explained what happened that their part didn't work ( diverter for shower) but was told I could get a refund I said but it doesn't work they said but u installed it well if course how do u know if it works if you don't install it? It looked brand new nothing missing so now I'm stuck with a part that don't work and what could have been a good experience and possible more purchases has become a bad one and a bad review on top of that. It's not like it's a hazmat part. Maybe even just defective part now the only place that had one won't even refund my purchase or work with me by giving me another one in case that one was defective. So my advice skip this place and try another place if u have the opportunity to do so save yourself the trouble in case u might need a refund. Just a side note looked on receipt doesn't say no refunds"
