Cobblestone Auto Spa

"Had my car washed today with the $15 package. car did not come out very clean. i had some bird dropping from previous day on the hood and they were about half removed and the backside of the car was still pretty dirty. I asked if I could have another wash to complete the job but was not able to do so. the attendant was unsure how to issue a wash and the manager was unavailable. i come here often as my main option for car wash, especially since it is so close to my home. normally never have any issues. the attendant did try to use a pressure washer he had access to to help but honestly a second pass would have done the trick."

"I gave this car wash a 5 star review a while ago. But since then I have seen a number of staff changes. Today I went through the car wash and when I went to dry my car I found full trash cans and used towels not being washed. This place needs better management."

"This is by far the BEST carwash in Arizona!!! They have the friendliest staff, updated equipment, always has towels, and is very clean (not to mention they are open until 8PM, not 7 like the others around). I really appreciate Dustin - fantastic, hardworking (above and beyond) and always greets me with a smile! EDIT: Apparently around the same time I wrote this review ownership changed. Along with an entirely new staff/management everything has gone downhill. Expect waiting longer then expected, no towels, trash everywhere, non working vaccumes, and employees that are too busy having conversations with each other to care...and they begin shutting down lanes and turning off vacuuming way before the 8PM closing time. What use to be a great in and out car wash is just an emotional inconvenience. Lucky for us "members" there are many more locations to select from. Time to make a change."

"Spacious car wash, never a wait. It’s been perfect for a quick touch up wash. I prefer to go when I can take over one of the spots with free vacuums and all the clean wash cloths I need! I have nothing negative to say about this place."

"I have an unlimited membership with Cobblestone, so I stopped by this location while doing errands on my day off. Dustin greeted me right when I pulled up and was really nice, making the experience much better. I think with cobblestone; specifically, I can go to so many different locations and get a high-quality wash, but I pick this one time after time because the people here make it that much better. I would recommend this location to anyone who wants a good car wash and wants excellent customer service."
