"Worst service experience ever. Forgot to take the keys from me before sending me away on a Lyft, didn’t get my address correctly for the drop off. Didn’t get my address right on the way back to the dealership. Brought me the wrong car when I came to pick up my car. "My experience at Tempe dodge kia was one I’ll never forget! Jordan was amazing, he made me feel so comfortable and didn’t pressure me in any way. My biggest pet peeve when I go into a dealership is salespeople that try to pressure you into something that isn’t in your best interest. Jordan went over all of the features that the car came with but also explained the perks that he personally liked about the car from a personal standpoint. He didn’t just see me as a dollar sign and i appreciate that very much. Jordan was super friendly and made me laugh the entire time, he has such a great sense of humor and I am going to recommend him to all my family and friends! Heck even strangers!
