"The little food cafe is always understaffed with a long line. The staff doesn’t try to hurry no matter how long the line is either. The store manager needs to get over to the cafe and help. That’s what I would do if I were the manager, but the manager is too busy playing with her cell phone."

"Customer service here has always been five stars! I know they’ve had some challenges with being under staffed-especially in the food court-but I’ve always been greeted by smiling, friendly, hard-working people, even when they’ve been shorthanded. I really appreciate the app-the scan and go is easy and convenient to use. I’ve had a couple of issues with expiration dates and clothing sizes (my issue lol). But, I’ve never had a problem with a return, so that’s a win. I know this sounds kind of strange, but the reason I gave four stars is, the parking lot is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bumps are very bad and it’s concerning when you’re transporting glass or more fragile items to your vehicle. I won’t use the flat bed carts because of it, which occasionally limits my purchases of larger items or items in larger quantities (not what a business wants to hear, I imagine). Other than that, I cannot say enough about how friendly the people here have been! Thank you, you’re amazing :)"

"Worse Sam’s club of them all. Only go here when desperate. Bad expiration dates, feels unorganized always, and they have the worse bumps and parking lot where half of your stuff falls off your cart or flatbed when going to your cart. One on Gilbert and Guadalupe is way better. I’m awaiting your canned response. Thank you"

"Sam’s Club really needs to take some notes from Costco. We have been so spoiled by Costco that anytime we go to Sam’s Club, it is a major letdown in terms of customer service. At this particular location, the café is a complete joke. If you look at the pictures, so many people are waiting for their food, but nobody was getting anything, including the people that had paid in advance with the app. After 15 or 20 minutes, someone finally asked where the food was. The guy behind the counter said, “If you tell me what you want, I will get it for you.” You read that correctly, he wasn’t going to send out any food unless people ask for it. People could have told him anything, and he would’ve handed it to them without seeing if it was really part of their order. This location gets worse and worse. They really need to train their cafe employees."
