"Unfortunately they are just way behind the times! Half the time the machines don't work and if they do it always seems to be a cluster for customers using them. Always looks like things haven't been put away and definitely not the best maintained store when it comes to overall cleanliness and organization. The staff is always friendly and do their best but they can only work with what they are provided. If QT sold hard liquor I would not go to any of their stores. Unless it was an emergency! Nothing personal just my observation."
"1-10-23 @ 16:55 Jeremy stood alone and handled hundreds of customers. I don’t know the full story. When asked where are the other workers. He said nobody wants to work. Poor staffing and distant workers fall upon the store manager. Fire that fool and give it to Jeremy. Get a district manager over here to recognize this guy. I own a business and working at a corporate chain I would’ve not put up with this negligence of support. If you don’t take care of Jeremy, I will."
