"Came in here to switch out a hat that didn’t fit my dad the following day after purchasing and they refused to give me my money back or exchange. I had my receipt and the same person who checked me out the prior day was even there. I was told it wasn’t their problem and one of the employees even said they “hated working here” but couldn’t care about helping us out. Never returning here again. Be aware of Jonathan the manager, absolutely unprofessional and selfish."

They first said they couldn’t then switched up and said yes they could but the machine started to malfunction and I asked them to just give me my money back because I was not satisfied and then I was told that they could not give me my money back even with a receipt and a malfunction on their end."
