Erica is one of the best barbers to ever cut my hair. "I would give this place zero stars if I could. Recently moved out here from Orange County, CA and had been looking for a barber, my friend told me about them so I decided to give them a try. Worse decision ever, the young lady who cut my hair was so nice and such a sweet person, which is why I didn’t say anything in person and didn’t make a scene, but totally screwed up my hair when I asked for a medium fade, skin, trim and thin on top. Left me feeling insecure for for the way my hair looked for a week, until it grew back a little. Manager called me back refunded me the money and offered to cut my hair next time and asked me to give them another try. So I did, I scheduled another appointment, before doing so I called to confirm that the haircut was going to be on the house(per previous conversation between the manager and myself) the guy who answered the phone had zero professionalism, he kept on saying “she’s not here today and if she told you that then maybe it’s on the house” instead of saying “she’s not in today but let me relay the message to her and I’ll have her call you when she’s in to confirm those details with you” he just had terrible customer service and couldn’t bother to relay the message to his boss or ask her. Then to make things worse, the day of my appointment, I get a text 2 hours before stating my appointment was canceled. Had to go to another barbershop where they have true professional barbers who know what a medium fade looks like and know what they’re doing, not to mention the customer service was amazing at A&B Barbershop on East Guadalupe Rd here in Tempe. ‘Keep it cut’ staff, y’all should learn from A&B Barbershop. Nothing but terrible back to back experiences, at this place."
