"Checked in online around 5:45, website said 27 minute wait. Based on estimate I got to the location with 10 minutes to spare... Went inside and was told by the front desk lady she would check me in and she forgot... No big deal it was probably like an extra 5 minutes. Looked at the wait list and the timer said I had another 25 minutes to wait still which was not what the app had stated, effectively doubling my wait time. The other barber proceeded to help a lady who was listed after me on the board due to the forgotten check-in by the front desk person, and then to add further annoyance someone else that walked in and I checked in online was immediately helped. After about an hour from my online check-in I was next up and the barber who had just finished up helped her customer and then proceeded to sweep the entire store without even acknowledging me. I can understand sweeping up the remnants from the previous cut, but watching her sweep front to back of the store and watching the wait time clock sit at a 4 minute wait for over 10 minutes, that was my limit. I won't ever go back to this location they seem like they've got more than they can handle on their plate."

"The stylists are always nice, professional and provide good cuts. They dont do straight razor here but they shave down pretty close. The online check-in on their mobile app usually gets me into a chair as soon as I walk in the door. Good location. They were selling Season Passes(discounted haircuts) last time I was in. I'm not sure how long they'll be offering that."
