What a great place with a very inviting vibe. Stylist (Grace) was talkative and made the time fly by while cutting my hair. Before I knew it, I was done, and very satisfied with my cut! "My entire family absolutely loves this place most of us won't go anywhere else they do such an amazing job with whatever you are getting done they actually care about you and your style you want to get done and make sure you're completely satisfied before you leave and fix anything you don't like before you leave they treat everyone like family they are so loving and caring individuals always asking how you and your family is doing very sincerely also my kids who are now 17 almost 18 and 16 year old young men have been getting their hair cuts here since they were 4 and 3 years old they do not like to go anywhere else we all just trust them with all of our hair because they actually isten to what your saying and want you want done and check in and discuss options on how you are liking it and how you would like to continue they always give their professional opinion but do whatever it is you decided how you want it they don't just say okay and do whatever they want they actually care about their clients this is the best place to get a hair cut / etc. You will leave satisfied waiting to go back when it’s time to get another hair cut"

"Update: went back in today and they were very nice and offered to try and fix it. Going in for a hair treatment lasted this week, so fingers crossed! 1 star because the staff was very friendly. But I went in to get a perm, spent over $100, and got this fried kinky mess. I cried so much my eyes were swollen. Had to go spend more money at another place to have half of it chopped off because they let the chemicals sit too long and completely fried my hair, I can’t even look at myself In the mirror without having a meltdown. I spent 5+ years growing out my hair and now have to start all over."
