"Best Red Wing store in Arizona! I recently got a new pair of boots for work (at a different location) that I thought I needed to exchange. Shana helped me out with a rescan of my foot and let me try on a couple of different sizes as well as different insoles from the ones I had originally purchased. Turns out the insoles were all I needed to swap with the new style of boot I had gone with this time around. She exchanged them without hesitation (even with the price and tax difference) at no charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my new go to location!"

"I had the HARDEST time trying to buy my boots, I spent months looking online and calling stores in Las Vegas and one in Phoenix because they couldn’t take payment over the phone anymore, but the guy I talked to in Phoenix gave me store #909’s number and I called and Shawna was the absolute best!! She was really patient with me because I had a little bit of trouble on my end but she made it happen!!! I live in Lake Havasu City and she is sending my boots to me!!! I saved their phone number in my phone so from now on I will be calling them when I buy my boots oh and just FYI I wear boots for work and play…Red Wing boot 411 E2 is all I buy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!! Shawna you are the best!!!!"
