"barely got a “welcome in” no help AT ALL. one of the girls was sitting on the counter on their phone other was on the floor hiding from customers, didn’t ask if we needed help to find anything or nothing. no customer service at all, when i asked for a dressing room she was pissed off with it. also $12 for a little t shirt?? will NOT be returning!!!"

"Two of my kids love Rue21 and for the life of me I can’t figure out why. Selection store seems to suck a lot of the time and service is even worse. I wouldn’t even call it service because you have to track them down to get any help. We came to pick up some jeans for a sale they’d been promoting. Signage was very confusing and did not match where it should. I asked to make sure and was told oh that’s not correct pricing even though it was clearly priced in front of the clothes we came to purchase. No apology for the errors, no price match nothing. The two girls at the counter just stood chatting together even though my final purchases once decisions were made. Clearance are was a messy nightmare, but I will say the rest of the store was clean and organized. If I choose to buy anything in the future it will most definitely be online where I can do it myself with clearly marked items."

"Sunday afternoon, 12:15pm I watch as employees keep the doors locked, and 9 people came to the door and attempt entry. Employees hid behind the counter and racks of clothes until some people kept standing outside the door, waiting. Is this practice good for store revenue and customer loyalty?"
