"Very disappointed with the lack of follow up. Ordered additional quarter rounds to be shipped to me. Received a call to come pick them up. Advised they were to be shipped. Was told they would be. A week later, called to follow up..was told they were never ordered. Went to the store to return unopened boxes of vinyl planks and check on most recent order. Was told they were going to be shipped out January 2nd. I certainly hope so. Will not recommend this location to anyone."
