"Unresponsive to deconstruction inquiries. I had to call them twice over the span of 2 weeks before someone returned my call. Even then, they didn’t return my call until after I filled out their online form. I had a few questions and had hoped someone would come out and inspect my kitchen before booking services like the website said. This never happened. Instead, I received a text and call asking me to send pictures of my kitchen. I did that and never got a response back. I then called them and emailed them at least 3 more times over the course of another 2 weeks to confirm if they were going to do the job or not.. Stardust never followed up and I never got my initial questions answered. A simple ‘No’ would’ve been nice to save everyone’s time, but I was ghosted. I went with J&S demolition instead."
