Good tools at a fair price that will save you time and money over Home Depot and Ace . Down side they can't seem to ever open more then one or two checkout. Even though they have the employees standing around talking or in the break room"

"You really have to know what you're looking for to shopping the store and if you do it's probably a great store but if you need any kind of help whatsoever this is the last store you want to be in.. Went in to get some pliers and a pull stem wrench. Found the pliers right away they had an inexpensive pair that would do but this place has no Plumbing section. (I guess Plumbing don't make super cheap tools) look around the store three times nobody out there to help, went up to the only cashier ask them if there's anybody working the floor? he calls somebody, I asked him if they have a plumbing section? He tells me it's a small little end cap in between two aisles. By the time I got there the associate on the floor made it up there, ask if she had a pull stem wrench she just said this is all I have for plumbing, very few tools pretty much nothing maybe some pipe cutters but that's about it. Went up to pay for my pliers 2 registers open all right behind a lady cashier tells me to wait because he's going to help the lady out to her car I figured all right the other cashier will be done before he gets back I'll just get on the end of that line, was I wrong about that, I was waiting in line at least 10 minutes went back over to the line I was at the guy asked me if I had a number I told him no he said do I want to put a number in there? Me knowing I'm never coming back to this place again, no thank you, I just need these pliers."
