"I have been a customer for several years and have been happy with my experience. I haven't had any repair work done, thankfully, but have used New Dimensions for all my scheduled maintenance work. This past visit had one hiccup. It took a couple hours between when my car was ready and when they picked me up to claim my car. Someone dropped the ball there. But that is the only negative detail I have encountered in my 5 years as a customer. That is a great track record in my book."

Anytime I get an oil change they do a full inspection on my vehicle to see if anything needs to be fixed before it becomes a major issue.
