"The pricing is unreasonable. An oil change cost at Jiffy Lube has doubled in recent years and their operation is boarder-line predatory…I will not send my loved ones here until they fix this. I took my teenage son and 2 SUV’s for their routine 15min oil change service that was nearly $122 (with tax). It did not even include a change (or even check) of air filters or all my other liquids…just the oil change. The location no longer clearly publishes prices and service options in a way that reasonably allows people to comfortably depart after learning current prices. I had to back the second car out of a long curved driveway after learning the cost of the first…my son may have never done this. An SUV today takes about 8 quarts of oil which costs about $50 (retail) which means they are charging more than $200/hr labor. Buyer beware and be informed. The same service was $58 on the second (larger) SUV at a competitive store just 2 blocks away."
"The person doing the interior inspection left a 2.5 inch black grease stain on my beige-colored seat in the back seat! Didn't even tell me, I had to find it out shortly after the service when I went to the grocery store. It's stained and ruined the upholstery."
