"The expectation for me to lay out thousands of dollars right away was bizarre and scammy. Very pushy and overpriced. They will not submit insurance for you and they expect you to do it yourself. I found out today after speaking to my insurance that they are out of network so I will not be getting a reimbursement for almost 2000 dollars. They should have been more informative and helpful."

"The hygienists and office workers are very kind, patient, and helpful. Dr Mansoor was the opposite. She lacks empathy and patience with nervous patients. When I asked to just reschedule my Botox appt to the following week she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her. (I’m talking sighs and throwing hands in the air out of frustration) I felt very pressured to do it that day but I stuck to my guns and didn’t. After that reaction, I no longer trusted her with performing the injection so I cancelled that appt. I did go back 2 weeks later to pick up my mouthguard and the hygienist said they were going to get Dr Mansoor to take a look at it and make sure it fit right. This is a small office, I overheard the conversation of Dr Mansoor saying “I definitely don’t want to see her” I don’t recommend this establishment but want to reiterate how kind the rest of the staff was!"

"I went in for issues with my TMJ. Dr Hanna and her team were very knowledgeable and offered many treatment options. I felt the difference almost immediately after my first treatment!"

"Got my wisdom teeth out and couldn’t have picked a better place. They did a great job and took great care of me during surgery. I felt little to no pain after the surgery and woke up the next day with no swelling or bruising. 10/10 would recommend."

"I cannot recommend Hanna Mansoor’s dental office. I have had a terrible experience at this office, and I found the care I’ve received to be rushed and subpar. My problems began at my initial appointment to receive fillings. I was told my treatment was finished, my nitrous oxide was turned off, and I had even paid at the front desk, when the dentist realized that she hadn’t completed TWO of my fillings--disconcerting to say the least. At home, while brushing and flossing, I noticed that my floss would catch on a filling I had received on my front tooth. At my appointment to have this issue corrected, the dentist said she was having trouble properly smoothing the filling due to bleeding, and said that she remembered having the same trouble at the initial appointment. She would need to redo the filling completely. By this point, she had looked at my mouth four times in the past few weeks, but this was the first I had heard anything about problems with my gums or bleeding. If this bleeding issue arose during my initial fillings appointment, why wasn’t it communicated to me at the time? I am bothered that my dental work was knowingly left incomplete without any communication or plan to fix it. Adding more to my list of concerns, there was a large gap between two teeth where another filling was done. This created a food trap, which meant that everytime I ate, I had to floss, pulling out chunks of food each time. This tooth was also still very sensitive, and I suspected there is an issue with this filling as well due to rushed work. I reached my final straw with this office, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment to get the filling on my front tooth redone. When I arrived, the same secretary who made my appointment told me I wasn’t on the schedule. I was told the dentist would be able to squeeze me in, but after noticing several other patients waiting to be seen by you and not wanting to deal with the consequences of any more rushed work, I decided to leave. I have now seen another dentist who has confirmed that my gums are, in fact, in good health and who has shown me X-rays and photos that show the fillings I am having trouble with weren’t properly fitted to the contours of my teeth. I am very upset about the time and money I wasted at this office and that I had to spend even more time and money to have this work corrected. I will also mention that on top of all these issues, Dr. Mansoor charges a premium for her services compared to other dentists in the area. In my experience, the service does not justify the higher price. We are lucky in Gilbert to have an abundance of dentists. I recommend going to another one."
