Liz and Alice and her colleagues will take care of all your insurance paperwork and advise you upfront upon checking and before checking out. You will be welcome iside this vast dental "hospital", by either Zemira, Monica, Carlos, Monica, Alex, Maria and lovely Desiree (the Starbucks Lady). Gentle Dental have so many fully equipped dental chairs (over 23) including a dedicated 360 D x-ray room staffed with specialists from dental surgeon like Dr. Baddam to Dr. Garber my endodontist, to Dr. Kenny periodontist, Dr. Keets, and more dentists in here, specially the pediatric dentists. Professional Gentle Care is their motto. And they have many locations (Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa) to name a few clinics to serve the greater Phoenix area residents. Now before you leave after your initial intake visit please make sure you ask and see Money Penny (Ms. Pennies on the dollar) I like to call her, she loves to give out from $100 off of approved basic services (whitening, dentures, etc...) to guest what up $1,000 off for braces and customized implants. "Turn and burn dental office. They did my intake and X-rays before disclosing that they had nobody there for my cleaning. Getting X-rays (that on insurance was billed for) sent to a reputable dental office was a pain that took FOUR contacts to get done. The massage envy of dentistry. Run."

"Gentle Dental?? Not so gentle, I came here two weeks ago for a regular cleaning; the pandemic x-ray machine squeezed my head so hard, I had to yell to be let out. The girl, tried to gaslight me, asking what I did wrong. I told her nothing, I just stood there. Later, I overheard a girl saying that the orthodontist didn't put the machine back on the right "setting". So, they pretended not to know what happened! No one even asked if I was ok, no one called to ask how I'm feeling. I called to get corporate office number, was given the wrong number to a regular Gentle Dental in Washington, now they won't answer. I'm seeking legal action!"
