"The doctor was great, but the lady in the front desk was so rude. She really needs to get a hold of herself and work on whatever is messing her attitude. All I did was call because we were running behind and I wanted to know if we would still be seen. She immediately hit us with a $50 fee and said we can’t show up anymore. Even if it was nine minutes late and I understand their attendance policy that is exactly why I called to see if there was any way that we could still be seen. Never going there, they lost my business and my family‘s business. I feel bad for the doctor because he was great but if he has staff like this representing him, then obviously this speaks volume for their company. In response to theirs: I completely understand the attendance policy and that is why we called. I understand the fee, the timing slots. But what I don’t understand was the rudeness of Stephanie. The way she spoke to me, the way she spoke over me and the way she was overall about the situation. That was really uncalled for and yes, other dental places have the same Policy, I’m not sure why that comment was implemented. Overall, like you said, life happens and this was not planned, but I really do hope Copper dental finds a new face to their company because Stephanie is just plain ugly inside. I’m pretty sure she’s the one responding to my review. On the flipside, we won’t be dealing with each other anymore. Have a great day!"
