"I had an appointment for an oil change on a specific date 1/23 at 10:00. When I got there I was told it was 1/24 at 9:00 and I would need to come back. I had verified the appointment twice. No sympathy at all. Just you will need to come back. I did not and am cancelling my AAA."
"Told me my car was finished and ready for pickup, noticed the next day I was missing my splash shield and ac port caps, both of them. Wasn't even there for my ac so I have no idea what they were doing with them. Acted like it was no big deal when I went back for my parts. Makes you wonder what else they'd let you drive away without..."
