Northeast Gilbert Dentistry

"I needed a tooth fixed same day! Dr Chen was able to fix it and put in a crown 3 weeks later. However this is by far the worst patient/doctor relationship i have ever encountered. This Dr Chen has ZERO compassion or bed side manner! It was as if he resented being in the room helping me. It is hard enough going to the dentist especially when youre in pain, but to have a dentist that doesnt even show compassion makes it the worst kind of service. Even the girls that work there arent that friendly. Mind you I paid $1700 for 2 crowns. Wish I had gone somewhere else!! This is a dentist office!! You would hope that everyone would be overly friendly becuz no one like’s going to the dentist!! This is my experience!! UPDATE: I went back to have my crown put on and Dr Chen asked me how he could improve my experience? Today I went in and it was a much better experience. Everyone was very friendly. I will be going back for a cleaning. Thanks"

"I had an emergency with a hot tooth, I was able to get in during the holidays thanks to the great team at Northeast Gilbert. Dr. Chen thoroughly presented options to save my tooth and was able to get me out of pain and schedule me with a specialist to finish my treatment. The coordination and communication from Dr. Chen and his team was great. I really didn't have to stress about anything. Thanks!"

"Had multiple crowns done at this office, and they all fit perfectly! Dr. Chen was able to do same day treatment for me which saved me a lot of time since it's difficult finding time off work. He's very respectful and takes his time to do a good job. Also, I've never had a dentist follow up with me after treatment. Even the medical doctors themselves don't, so it just shows that Dr. Chen really cares about his patients!"

"Very thankful I was able to schedule a same day appointment after my poorly fitted crown (from another dental office) had me in crying pain! I was hesitant to trust another dentist, but the staff at Northeast Gilbert Dentistry were reassuring, professional, and straightforward on cost. I usually take care of my teeth because I am scared of the dentist, but RaeTana and Rachel were so welcoming and caring from the moment I arrived, and I knew I was in good hands! :)"

"Happy Holidays, I use to be a patient at this location. I chose to take my business elsewhere because I was owed a refund of $100.00 and never received it I have been trying for 2 months to get the money that is owed to me and I keep getting the run around, I have been in contact with the business office manager and receptionist multiple times and was told my refund check will be mailed to me and then it was supposed to be sent to there office still nothing. When I went into the office for my appointment on 10/27, after getting prepped for my cleaning one of the hygienist said “I’m going to work quick I have other patients “….Rude!!!! I’m paying for my service. I made sure to thank her for the work she did. Normally I don’t complain we all have bad days but I have held back for too long and I’m a Health care worker and I would not recommend anyone go to this location for dental work."
