"Took my 10 month old here for his very first dental visit since he already has a mouth full of teeth. Office has a very fun atmosphere and was clean. The staff were very kind. I was given a tour, and my questions were answered very well by the dentist. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed in the visit for two reasons. The first was that prior to scheduling I contacted the office to get a price for an initial consult for my infant (we do cash pay) and was told that the first visit is complimentary. I was shocked but happy. When I arrived I was told the consult was around $120. Which I am fine with but I am not fine with being told on the phone that it was complimentary. I think it was the office manager that spoke to me but she told me I must have spoken to one of their orthodontics staff because the orthodontic consults are complimentary. But the women on the phone said it was the Gilbert office and my baby is 10 months so clearly it was not for orthodontics. I think it may have been a new staff member as she kept placing me on hold to ask the questions I was asking. Rather than taking ownership for their mistake they acted like it was my mistake. I called in advance to plan expecting it to cost around what it did. Some advice would be to have better resources for new staff to refer to when taking phone calls. I also think if your staff member makes a mistake you should try to fix it by offering a discount or at least saying how you will make the situation better. The most important of the two disappointments was that I was expecting a pediatric dentist to be very outgoing and interactive with the child but Dr. Parker did not even talk to my child or really acknowledge him. I also found it strange that she didn’t ask any assessment questions about my son. She did however answer the questions that I had and was knowledgeable. She would be a great dentist for an adult. I chose this office because of the 1,000 positive reviews and 4.9 rating. I think I will give this place one more chance but see one of the other dentists to see if they have a more child friendly bedside manner because the office was very nice."

"We just relocated here from Alabama and we were in great need of a new pediatric dentist office for our 5 sons. The staff was able to get all of my sons seen the same day and we’re all very friendly to them and did great examinations on them. We are so happy to be apart of the Kidiatric family of Gilbert! Thank you Dr. V and Abby for your patience and kindness to our family."

"We are seeing Dr Villanueva for lat 12 years. He is great. He was always very kind and gentle and thorough with my children’s treatment. We have Elisa today for my daughter’s hygienist. She was also very kind and did excellent job with my daughter. I love this place. ❤️"

"We've been talking our children here for almost ten years and this place does an amazing job of making children feel welcome and safe. It's decorated in a very inviting way that takes away so much of the fear kids sometimes associate with the dentist. The staff also goes above and beyond to make sure that kids feel safe and are very good at explaining procedures in a way children can understand. My kids love the televisions hanging from the ceiling and the headphones do a great job of distracting from some of the scary noises. Would absolutely recommend this practice for the pediatric dental needs of any child."

"Kidiatrics Dental is a pleasant comfortable place for our kids to get dental work done. They make the kids feel like kings and queens and nothing else matters but their comfort. My kids love going. We have been coming here for 4 years."
