"I will not return to this service center. They were friendly, but that was the only okay part of the experience. I had an appointment to get my fuel injectors replaced. I already had my car diagnosed that a single injector was bad, but I preferred to have Ford do the work. And since the other Ford dealer I typically go to was backed up for weeks, I decided to go here. Upon arrival, they said that they needed to do their own diagnostic test to confirm. I didn't really see the necessity, as it was pretty obvious from how it ran, the codes being generated, and it already being diagnosed, but I agreed to let them confirm before I spent the money. After waiting for a couple days for them to get to it, they contacted me and told me that my computer was bad and that it would be almost $2k to replace, while providing no technical explanation on how they determined this. They then said that once it was replaced, they would have to check if there was anything further that needed to be addressed (i.e. my fuel injector). They then suggested that I just trade in my car for a new one since it would be a high repair cost. This told me they had little to no confidence in the diagnosis they provided. I picked up my car and paid close to $200 for there misdiagnosis. I took it elsewhere to have the injectors replaced, and it has been running fine for months. The cost at the other shop was thousands under what it would've cost me if I had elected to do the work at this service center, who tried to sell me a computer that wasn't needed. Who knows what other unnecessary items they would've come up with to add on, so they could try to push me into getting a new car. Not sure if they're incompetent or scammers, but they will not recieve my business again."

"We took our Explorer in for a recall and an oil change. We ended up having to come back a second time to finish the recall, but Katlynn was wonderful through the entire process and made sure we were completely taken care of with great communication and follow-up. Bonus: it was returned to us freshly washed and cleaned out both times! YAY!! Thank you!"

"The guy I dealt with, Mel, was friendly, professional, and communicative. I lost the survey text Ford sends out, so I hope this counts. On a side note that has nothing to do with Mel, as a tall person, it is rather annoying to have my driver's seat moved up to the dashboard when it is not moved back once parked and ready for me to pick up."

"I had a great experience here getting my Ford transit serviced. They are highly experienced with big vans/diesel trucks ect. They left my van clean on the inside using seat and floor protectors. I will be taking my F450 here for sure."

"Took my 2019 Mustang in today due to a clunking sound coming from the front suspension. Justin Frier was fantastic. He had me checked in within about 10 minutes and explained the diagnostic procedures, etc. He called me later in the morning and informed me what the problem was and that he had the parts in stock to perform the repair (wheel bearings and control arm, all covered under warranty). Great communication and customer service. Dropped the car off at 9am and they had the repairs done by 4pm the same day. Even paid for the car service from and back to the dealership. Great experience. I will not hesitate to return for any service in the future."
