"Drs. McDougal & Cipriano are simply amazing, best dentists / endodontist that I have been to. I had two concerns before going to their office; save my tooth and avoid spending extra money. Dr. McDougal addressed both concerns even before I asked for it. Dr. McDougal is very thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly. He explained everything in detail, discussed various options and then helped me make informed decision. I really enjoyed Dr. Cipriano’s friendliness and humor. He is very personable. Celeste was great too. She took time to explain various codes and billing charges upfront and answered all the questions I had. Vanessa is very meticulous, very professional and did an excellent job as a dental hygienist. In short, if you want the best comprehensive dental care under one roof, then this is the place."

"First of all, I have to say that I've always hated going to the dentist. Teeth FREAK me out, and the idea of people putting things in my mouth literally raises my blood pressure. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. McDougal. He is unbelievably kind and caring towards his patients. He never sounds rushed or like he has a million things going on (which I'm sure he does), and takes the extra time to explain things to me and make sure I'm comfortable. He guides me with breathing techniques when he can tell I'm getting anxious during a procedure and will help me get back to a calm feeling. The rest of the staff are phenomenal as well! Everyone is always smiling and genuinely appear happy. They are helpful and are able to schedule me in so easily. I definitely no longer have anxiety going to the dentist after finding this place, and highly highly recommend them."

"The staff is amazing at Dentists of Gilbert Crossroads and the service is amazing too! They are always very kind and knowledgeable and give great advice for dental care! They will never pressure you to buy things you don’t want or need! I love this dental office and I’m super happy I decided to try them out! Vanessa cleans my teeth and she’s amazing! "My children & I all attended visits through this facility, and I will say I have never experienced a more overall pleasant experience at a dental office. All of our appointments were scheduled through their front desk clerk Sydney, who has a lovely over the phone presence and an even more enchanting personality face to face, she was kind to my children and so helpful with finding a time and date that fit my busy schedule. We were walked back and seen by a few of the ladies working that day but the dental assistant on the children’s side that stood out the most to us was Tatum, she was such a lovely woman. Very great with children, and so comforting in nature, I hope to see her every visit because my children adored her. Dr. Anderson was very through, and attentive, answering all of my questions in full detail and giving me information and knowledge I wasn’t aware I needed. She made my children and myself feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit, and even made us all giggle a few times. Overall our visit was exceptional, and I will be a loyal patient for many years to come. If you’re considering making a switch to this facility I highly suggest doing so!"
