"Called and told them I had 4wd Suzuki that needed seal and bearing in front differential. I described the car and problem in detail. They said to "bring it in". I towed the Suzuki 25 miles to them and left it over night. Then they called and said they can't fix it because they "do not have a differential man" - "he left a few years ago". So I towed the Suzuki 25 miles back home. Totally disgusted with this place. If you know you can't fix it, don't have the customer bring it in. Maybe just to give their mechanics something to do. They were all just sitting around with nothing to do. I suspect this place may have been good in it's day but it has gone a long way down hill since then."

"This is the second time I've had work done and they get the job done but the customer service is trash. I specifically said the tags are expired it needs to go through emissions so don't put it out on the street. It took them 2 days to diagnose my car and then when I go to pick it up its sitting out on the street, they said they didn't care and it took up space. Excuse me? I'm a paying customer and you said it was no problem and that it'd be behind a locked gate the entire time. I didn't even wait a week or anything to come get it either so that's ridiculous. $160 for bad attitude and to be told to go f off because they had more important things, no remorse or apology. Had they said they couldn't accommodate parking the car on there property I would've gone somewhere else to begin with. What a joke."

"Accurate Automotive changed out my a whole new AC system in my truck and they did an amazing job. The customer service is top notch, probably the best shop I have ever used. I spoke to Lee on a Saturday morning and he was able to get me quote the same day. His price was the same as he said it was, he didn’t try and change or add unneeded work, he called everyday with updates, the work they did was perfect and they followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still good working well. I highly recommend Accurate Automotive for all your car needs. They are the only place I will use going forward,"

"Accurate Automotive is top notch. I Brought in my 2020 Ram 4500 that two other shops started work on for them to look at and tell me what needed to be done and a price. A day and a half later they called and explain to me what they found in terms I could understand and what it was going to cost. They told me it would take them 10 days to complete the work. When Lee called me on the 8th day and told me that my truck was done I was in shock. I finally found a Mechanic that does what he says when he says it. I absolutely recommend Accurate Automotive to anyone in need of auto repair or service. You won't be disappointed at this place. Also a big shout out to all the staff that works there.
