He wont add on a whole bunch of crazy things that we don't need, and he is very transparent with the repairs he makes and how much they will cost. "I have taken many cars to John over the years. I have never had to return for the same problem. His turn around time is always accurate aside from manufacture part delays that he can sometimes workaround. One of the best things are Harwood Auto is the diagnosis. When John tells you what is wrong with your car, listen. You will see that he looks at his service as a science. He gives you a detailed breakdown of the issue and a reason for his solution. If there are other options you will hear those too. I have paid him to tune up my car and it was worth every penny. The issues he caught early saved me big time and big money down the road."
