"Martin was awesome from the moment I called to the minute I left, he treated me with respect and explained what needed to be done with my truck. I called and asked if he could do 2 things for me as I had it on the scope and was told exactly what needed to be done to my truck, when I called and told him what I needed done, he said his shop could do it and what the cost would be. He fixed my truck and when the bill came it was exactly what he quoted me. His shop is very efficient and the cost was within reason. I will definitely be coming back with my other vehicle and I will definitely refer TMC Auto Repair to all my friends and family. *update not sure yet, took my truck back and told him what the scope found, he put it on his scope and found 2 other issues that had nothing to done with the codes I had, he did tell me if it was the same issue he would fix it free, as part was under warranty. We'll see what happens."

"Nice enough, but don't communicate well. Wait a week for simple work to be done while they tell you it's getting done right now, when in reality your car is parked outside collecting dust while the mechanics work on their own vehicles. TLDR; Slow service, poor communication. I had a check engine light come on for a code from part of the emissions system, so I took it here hoping they could clean the EGR valve and DPF on my foreign diesel. I also asked for some basic routine services. They also told me that I needed an engine mount so I said go ahead and do it. Another mechanic doesn't agree after I got a second opinion though... The prices seemed fair, but I never found out if the price reflected the quality of the work or not since I waited over a week while my car collected dust in their yard with no work being performed. They did a "diagnosis" within a day or two, but at this point, that's not very impressive. The computer tells you what's wrong with most things these days, and I had already handed them the answer in the first place. Anyway, I had to just take my car back in the end so I could get it serviced elsewhere in a reasonable amount of time."
