"I got a confirmation text telling me to go to the regular dealership. The employees there were rude telling me I was in the wrong line. I waited 30 min for them to tell me I was at the wrong place. 2 employees gave me bad directions. 1 employee was very nice and explained how it works. I end up at fleet which looks like a junk yard. At their hard to access office are men on phones like a Boiler room. Yeah, no thanks"
