"This place is a huge waste of time. After waiting 3 weeks for my appointment they acted like they never heard of me. I sent them photos and called weekly trying to update them on the insurance process and the front desk staff refused to listen. Instead they talked over me and said their system doesn’t show anything. This shop tried to say it was $7,000 cash to get a repair done but refused to listen to what I went through talking with Freddie through email since they didn’t follow the Tesla app. The part for the nose cone is $650 and they made waiting to get in a nightmare. I finally gave up on dealing with the shop and I will drive to California before I let them run their scam on me"
"Excellent service! Had a minor repair done due to delivery issues and it was done correctly and looks brand new again like nothing happened. At the beginning, there were some miscommunication and my rental was not available. Ashley made all the difference! She was able to fix the issue and made my life easier. She was responsive and told me that she is available to help even over the weekend. 5 stars for Ashley!"
"We had the unfortunate luck of having our Model 3 crashed into. The entire team here from start to finish was exceptional. Our repair took a bit of time due to insurance prolonging the process and trying to make it as difficult as possible. Luckily we had Tesla on our side pushing them to get this wrapped up.
