"Went to see Erin Jesse .. I probably had the worst experience I’ve encountered she had me in her chair from 3 pm to 8:30 pm quoted me 160$ to highlight my hair .. told me 15$ for each extra bowl of product is needed. Told me I needed two extra bowls in the process which I was ok with told her long as we stay around the price she quoted me . Ended up charging me 260$ for my hair . She made it choppy it’s all un even my hair is orange my scalp has been peeling since I saw her . I asked her for help no help was given but to go buy apple cider vinegar .. and to soak my hair . My hair is a complete disaster & she won’t do anything about it … how sad is this and how can you do this to people especially people who are willing to pay for good service ?"

"The studio is great. This review is for Heather Pulsifer, one of the stylists. I'd been going to her for years and have always liked how she cut my hair. The last time she cut my hair, I was not happy. It should be noted that every time I leave, she tells me that if I didn't like a cut, to let her know. I let her know, but it was going to be over a week before I could get back in. I was upset that it was going to take so long, so she fired me. I even apologized about being upset, but she just wanted to part ways. When I asked her for a referral, she referred me to her old salon -- not even a name of a stylist."

"There are over 20 studios in L'Mage. The directory in the front needs to be updated. It's a clean place. Just added a coffee bar. The bathrooms aren't checked regularly for toilet paper, paper towels and soap. Otherwise it's a nice place."
