"I called ahead of time to ask how busy they were and asked to come in for 5 pedicures. The lady on the phone asked when? So I told her I was only 5mins down the road. So she said, “yes come in now.” I then said okay thank you. I got there with my family and there’s was only 2 nail technicians and the both of them acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about when my family and I walked in asking for my 5 pedicure appointment. They made us wait only to tell us we they were fully booked and stared at us so we walked out."
