"The employees here are rude they don’t offer help or even greet you they all stand around talking to each other and spraying perfume on themselves. I hated my experience so much today I left and called to close my credit card. The manager was rude to me because she had to work, her cashier charged my credit card when I didn’t want her to and she had to void it and apparently that was too much work for her. She rolled her eyes at me gave me attitude and didn’t know how to answer any of the questions I asked her. Good luck with that poor management. How are you annoyed that you have to help people it’s literally your job."

"Mya at the register was rude and extremely unhelpful. I didn’t know how to use the gift card she snipped at me about it. Then she didn’t count my change back to me and scoffed when I asked how much I needed back. She didn’t ask if I found everything okay, If anyone helped me in the store nothing. Idk if she was just having a bad day but now I don’t even want to shop here anymore. At least there are a million Ulta to go too, avoid this one if you want a nice interaction."

"So over priced and anisha is rude, seems like their just after money not helping ppl with hair. I refused service and said no thank you for the service and anisha didn't acknowledge me, just rolled her eyes. I'm the one who wasted gas coming down here after being quoted something was lower then once I got there Reuben was much more kind and was helpful."

"DO NOT get your haircut at the Ulta salon. I thought this salon would have professional stylists because the prices were high. I paid $67 for a Master stylist. Fernanda was her name and it seems that she should NOT be cutting hair. This was the worst haircut I've ever had in my life. I asked for face framing layers and long layers in the back. I said 2 inches would be the most I'd like cut and she cut about 5-6 inches off on some parts of my hair. My layers were so uneven and blunt. She also gave me curtain bangs when I specifically said I didn't want them! Another stylist had to fix her mistake and she couldn't do much bc the cut was so bad that I'd have to wait until it grows out or I'd have to cut my hair even shorter to fix the mistake. I'd need to get a bob to make it look even. Posting this review to help someone else to avoid wasting their money and heartbreak from an awful haircut. Absolutely disappointing bc I love Ulta, but the salon is the worst."

"Aisha was great, first time coming to this ulta to get my haircut and she did amazing. My hair wasn’t even finished yet and I loved it. Definitely will be coming back in 10 weeks to get my hair up to date. Thank you Aisha"
