"I needed a blowout and flat iron, I got scheduled 30 minutes after I called which was perfect because I needed it done asap! I was scheduled with Sara and she did amazing. She cared about my hair and the worries I had about heat damage because I don't straighten my hair often. I totally recommend her!"
"Went a few weeks ago. My stylist was new, I asked for curtain bangs and butterfly layers. She asked her supervisor for assistance for my bangs. Supervisor did my right side It came out perfect but.... my stylist did my left side. My left side was so bulky and thicker. Went back a week or so later to get it fixed and a different stylist tried to fix her mistake. She cut my left side to short and my bangs are uneven as you can see in the pictures. Extra hair was accidentally cut on my left side behind my bangs. I don't know who did it to be honest. Everytime I have a pony tail you can see that extra hair that wasn't suppose to be cut!! My bangs are ruined. Had three different *professionals* cut my hair. Staff was lovely but..... I'm not going back."

"I didn’t even realize that JCPenney has a salon. I came in here for a simple haircut. The website was very easy to use to book the appointment. My hair stylist (sorry don’t remember her name) was prompt, easy to communicate with and the price was right for the hair trim I received. Highly recommended."
