"As one can see in the picture the they broke the driver seat adjustment panel. Their service staff is good but their technicians are useless. If you go there with one tiny problem, you will be back with several more. Even after repeated follow-ups, they do not return calls. Technicians do not finish the job. They leave the vehicle excessively cluttered and filthy on the inside. Also, make sure to keep track of the miles before leaving your car there, as they may drive it for more than 50 miles. It takes those genius technicians at least a week just to figure out what the problem is with the car. If they provide you a courtesy vehicle, make sure it is clean inside. They offered me one with dog hair everywhere, sticky grease on the floor, and a dusty unclean mess inside. Again their service staff is good the main problem is their technicians. Naavah, Troy and Gabriella are knowledgeable and they are very helpful. That one star is for their service front desk team at least they show some courtesy to the customer. I don’t see myself returning to this particular service center again."

"I brought my car in for the second maintenance today. The staff at Horne Mazda treated me very well. They had me driven to the Black Bear Diner & picked up & brought back to the dealership. They did an excellent job on my car. They changed my oil, checked the air filters, rotated my tires, sawpped out the transmission fluid, and checked EVERYTHING else on the car. When they were finished, they washed the outside of my car. Excellent!"
