"I called 03/21/2024, regarding my 2023 Nissan Sentra. The rear windows would not go back up or go down further than they were. I spoke to some lady in service, she was absolutely no help at all. I work overnights and needed my windows up. She didn't try to provide any type of problem solving. She didn't even care about my issue. Her solution was for me to wait until Wednesday of next week and get a diagnostics completed before any resolution. She then gave me her supervisor's number after I asked to speak to him. He didn't even answer my call or return my call. Such a horrible representation for this dealership. This is where I go to get my new vehicles and where I refer family and friends."

"My daughter and I took our new Kicks in to get her first oil change. I thought when I bought it I would get the first oil change for free. When I got to AutoNation Nissan Jack (our salesman) was waiting for us. He got us right in and offered us something to drink while my daughter and I waited. The oil change was quick and we had gotten a write up on all that they did. We were also told that we have 12 free oil changes. I was over joyed to hear that. Jack and the Service department treated my daughter and I like family. They were so sweet and helpful. The service person Amanda was super helpful and nice. "Having been a regional service rep for Chevrolet Motor Division years ago, I am a very tough critic when it comes to dealer service. I've had our Murano serviced by AutoNation Nissan Tempe for years and without fail Sara has exceeded my expectations every time. She listens closely to her customers, has never tried to over sell a maintenance procedure, is consistently terrific at communication while our vehicle is in for service, and without fail has always ensured that our vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. Sara has also kept a close eye on our vehicle while it's in the shop to ensure the work is done right the first time. I have never had to bring the car back to correct something that was not done properly. If Sara ever leaves I'm going with her!"

"I live in East Mesa now but because the great service that I get from Carlos from the service department I will continue to return. Carlos has an outstanding customer care service. His always updating me when I bring my car for service always happy and just smiling all the time. Once my car is done getting service he is very informative with what they did with ny car and what I need to do. As long as Carlos works there I will continue to return. Carlos needs to be recognized for his OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Thank you Carlos see you again in 6 months thank you"

"We were greeted when we pulled into the service bay. We explained our problem to the service attendant. He listened carefully and asked pertinent questions. We walked to the waiting room and waited. The attendant appeared and gave us an update. He arrived later and told us the result of the testing. We went ahead and bought a new tire. We were suspicious about the condition of another tire but after inspection were informed that there was no problem. We were treated with professionalism and courtesy."
