"Honestly I am not impress with the final product for the price that I paid. I decided to try someone new. She asked for a deposit which I was fine with which I know is in case I’m late or I don’t show up. Usually deducted from my service. I showed up to my appointment and I asked to be quoted on a price for my hair she quoted me 240. I was fine with it. We continue the service but it seemed like she was bother by my presence. We went over everything and final product of my hair was okay, not really what I was looking for as she didn’t go closest to my roots as I would have liked. My real issue was the fact that she charged me an extra 35 dollar and she quoted as it was not a deposit but a booking fee. Apparently new clients have to pay 35 dollars to be part of her book? Never was I informed of this and when I pointed out that never does it state on her website she was just rude. Honestly If you want to go to a tiny rental salon when everything is falling apart and you want someone rude that doesn’t seem to enjoy her job go for it. I would be taking my business else where . I don’t mind paying my thing is just be clear with your pricing. Not what I was expecting at all."

"I was told to come early and still had to wait 3 hours. I live an hour and a half away. Even with waiting 3 hours she did not apologize nor address it. Told her what I wanted, color wise and how I wanted my haircut and I didn’t get neither. I understand it’s difficult to get something fully done in one session but other hairstylist I’ve gone to, if they couldn’t get it done they would let me know and offer alternatives. Most hairdressers as well will engage in conversation with you but Briana only talked to her assistant about what they would be doing later that night. Not professional. I still had to pay 300 bucks. I was not going to write a review, I never do with anything but it’s been about 3 months and every time I look in the mirror I still hate my hair. Still upset that the customer service was so bad and I drove an hour and some change to see her only to wait a whole 3 hours."

"Briana is a wizard with hair! A true artist, who is beyond her years. My previous hairstylist was too afraid of my vision, and even told me that I wouldn't look good. That's when I found The Beauty Bee. She was able to turn by dark brown hair to a gorgeous butter blonde! The thought alone would scare many, but she left my hair so soft and it's not damaged in the slightest!! Not only that, she has great prices and was a joy to be around while she did my hair. She took extra care and time to make sure my hair looked great, and I appreciated it so much. I am now a loyalist of the Beauty Bee hive!"
