"Ivy’s super friendly and professional, I’ve never been more satisfied with my nails before! She listened to every request and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! I’ll be returning to her from now on!"
"Got a lash lift and tint and an eyebrow lamination. Eyebrow lamination was not the best, my brows felt really dry and coarse afterwards. The lash lift was awful. My lashes looked like they were crimped with a lash curler (the bases were L shaped). The curve that was there did not curl in the right direction. I asked if we could redo the lash lift with larger rods(she used rods that were too small) and she said I would have to pay. She said to try vaseline. A few days later I sent these photos and she said to put oil on them to soften the curls. I asked for a refund. She said she was willing to fix them (not sure if I would have had to pay at this point). I got a second opinion and was told to not do any further processing on them, just moisturize. Whatever she used did not budge at all, the curls stayed until the lashes fell out."
