"This review is long overdue but I been hearing so many bad comments from my friends that I have decided to put my two cents in.I was having an emergency situation and needed my hair done for a funeral. I walked in and was told if I don’t have an appoitmemt they can’t accomodate me even though the place was empty. It was around 2pm in afternoon. I was made feel out of place. I felt like Julia Robert’s in Pretty Women. Big mistake “huge”. I was looked down upon and not even offered any alternative accommodation."
"Are they even still in business? My teenage daughter loved getting her hair done here, and it's right around the corner from our house. I've tried for days to make an appointment, it goes to voicemail. No ability to book online. I'm not going to chase people down to take my money. I feel bad for the stylists who are losing out on clients because it's so poorly run."

She’s very attentive, a great listener & communicator, she understands EXACTLY what you need and even gives you styling tips and let’s you know how to care for your specific hair type and style.
