"I think this place has went under new management, different set of people, the salon looks different, on top of their horrible customer. I went for a pedicure, the nail tech didn't even say hello or anything for that matter, Ive gotten better customer service from robots! She didn't massage my feet at all ( which is a part of the pedicure). A smile, Light conversation and actually performing the full service someone pays for goes a long way! It explains why the salon was empty!"
"I’m just say they are really good but I prefer the young lady who has the ear pierced. She did my toes so good! I really wanted to come back for that same reason. Instead I got someone I tried to explain how I wanted them and gave me white toe nails instead of what I wanted. It’s not what I wanted. Definitely not requesting this lady in glasses no more. I came happy to get my nails done and I’m leaving disappointed and not happy with my nails."
"The service is always amazing and welcoming. Derrick is amazing at selecting colors for your skin complexion and always taking his time. Tammy is quick and welcoming also with her amazing pedicures. It’s actually family as I walk-in and never feel uncomfortable. It’s always clean and great investment. My nails lasted 3 1/2 weeks by just going to Derrick because it’s quality."
