"Horrible service. I was told the wait would be 10 mins but waited 30mins with my feet in cold water before getting worked on. She didn’t clean under my nails or trim the nails like I asked just did a bare minimum job filing them. I paid extra for callous removal and still had some left on the heel of my foot. The pedicure menu is right next to the pedicure chairs and it lists additional costs for additional services. Nowhere does it list an additional charge for chrome finish on top of the Polish. I have never paid extra for chrome on top of my gel polish at any salon, the only charge should have been for the gel. However, I was scammed out of an extra $20 at checkout added to my gel and pedicure costs for “custom amount” which I was advised was due to her putting chrome finish on top of the gel polish. At no point did the nail tech tell me it would be an extra cost for chrome, her excuse was she forgot. What’s worse is she used the wrong tool to apply the chrome so it took forever and in the end she didn’t fully cover the nail with chrome you can still see white polish all around the nail. To be sneaky and charge extra for chrome which is not an additional service and not listed as an extra charge on their menu and not even apply it properly is insane. The pedicure took so long that they were closed and unable to fix my pedicure properly. I paid $82 for a bad pedicure and was scammed. They even added a tip for themselves. Never coming back"

"If I give zero stars I would cause what they did to me was terrible especially dealing with my facial hair , my eye brows . For one it’s my very first time coming here to get my brows waxed , this lady didn’t ask me any questions not even if I was allergic to anything basically just pointed me to lay down so I do . Mid way through the process my eyes start watering but not because it hurts mind you I pluck my eyebrows so I’m used to it I even plucked a lil before so she wouldn’t mess up my shape which she did either way so while my eyes are watering and my eyes feeling like they’re burning as if I’m staring at the sun forcing my eye open she doesn’t stop or ask questions this lady keeps going , 20 minutes later she shows me my eyebrows noticed I didn’t like them says “you’re ok “ I paid 15 dollars for something I shouldn’t have MY BEFORE AND AFTER! also they had a little girl that was an employees sleeping there while it smelled really badly and strong on the mma they use cause monomer doesn’t have a bad strong odor, knowing this is bad for kids while they wore masks DONT COME HERE"

"I am SO happy I found The Nail Lab Salon & Spa! My sister-in-law referred me and told me I’d love it and I did. I went in today for a dip manicure (my first) with Jesse and a pedicure and I’m just thrilled with my nails and toes! The salon is nicely decorated and everyone is very friendly and welcoming for a first-time visit. I’ve been looking for a salon near my home and I’m so glad I found The Nail Lab—I thought the prices were very reasonable compared to the last salon I was going to in Scottsdale and I felt the work was much better here. Can’t wait to come back!"

"I would send a direct message to them before booking & I included an image of the look I wanted. I would show up & show the image again to the nail techs. I never had a specific nail tech so I would get whoever was available. Two times, I did not get what I asked for & was over charged. Why can’t they be honest & say they can’t do the look? Below are images of what I asked for versus what I actually got. I was charged $145 for that plain look. Nothing like the image!"

"I moved here from GA with the hope I would find a nail salon that would live up to the amazing salon I had there and I found even better. This salon has been such a wonderful place to experience every time I go! I am so happy I found Jessie and her family to preform the services I request! Most of the time I just get my nails done, and they come out better then I planned or thought! Sometimes I will also get my feet done! When I get a pedicure I walk out feeling so relaxed, with smooth feet when I receive any of the packages! They are very clean and detailed with the equipment and tidiness of their salon! The salon is beautiful and the people are very welcoming! I highly recommend this salon!"
