"Went in to make appt to get a haircut today around 2:15pm. One salon worker was sitting down talking to another walmart employee and wasn't doing much of anything. I asked for an appt and saw her asking the stylist, but the stylist said they were booked until 330 or 4pm. Which was it?? When I checked on my phone for an available Appt, it said 5 minutes. So they lied and was very obvious the 2 employees did not want to be bothered. They were there to put their time in and thts it! This is how businesses end up closing."
"I wanted my gray hair lowlighted but I wasn’t sure what I really wanted or how I wanted my hair cut. ( had a helmet head. It was awful.) I booked with Summer. That lady really knows her stuff. She helped me pick a color that would blend in and explained how to add color with a frosting cap as opposed to foils. She made a FANTASTIC job of my hair! I love it. Seriously, if you want a good job doing choose Summer. You will NOT be disappointed."
"Guy name Quintin took 1 and half hours to cut my sons hair. Did an awful job and gave us attitude about it. He needs more practice and training on customer service. Never going back there again. Thank God for the other lady working there. She was nice to fix his mistakes."
