"I did not have a great experience at this salon. Shante did my hair and thought I liked it, I would never go back. She didn’t speak to me at all, but talked to everyone else in the salon. I can understand having an off day, but she chatted with everyone but me. At one point, everyone ordered lunch. They went around the room asking what everyone wanted but I was the only one left out. (I didn’t want lunch but it was obvious I was the only one left out) she also doubled booked so I spent longer than I should have feeling like the odd man out. It was so awkward! I can’t complain about her work, but I would never again spend my money with someone who made me feel like that."
