"Very rude went in on a sat to get a pedi wanted Helen whom I had previously and loved said it would be 2 hours should have made an appt it was only 1 person in the whole place being serviced the guy who treated me got mad for my original request but do to timing I said I would go ahead and proceed services worth him and said told me no to go on walked to the back and never came back out the other guy come out and he soaked my feet took polish off push cuticles back and that was it I ask him was that all and was he finished before even beginning other foot as I'm to pay $30 for that no that’s ok I’m politely stopped him and got up I will never go back as helen the owner who I wanted did not even try to rectify the situation are even apologize for him she just told me next time I need to make appointment not to mention it was sat morning 859 as they open at 9 am I was there so I could get in and out.."

"Received HORRIBLE customer service because he lacked the skill set for a simple nail repair. Tried to ask him to correct the horrible job he did on a broken nail and received nothing but attitude. I'd never return, the white nail is they're repair job. Nothing professional about their work, a child could do better‼️"
"Just don't go... My daughter's wanted to do a Manicure and pedicure with her boyfriend For her birthday.. The guy said yes. We waited an hour for him to only help my daughter. taking 2 hours for her Manicure. He denied her boyfriend because he is a male... My daughter asked for a manicure. He charged her for a critics set. She asked for a Yin-Yang symbol... he couldn't do it and charged anyway... (Just don't go here find another place.)"
"Very nice work for my daughter's birthday she is 3 so I know how difficult it must be to be patient with someone who will constantly mess up their nails. I also appreciated that they were clear with the prices sometimes places we'll just throw a super high bill at you but here they let you know how everything is going to come out and how much you're going to be charged. Not to mention our work was done beautifully or nails look amazing!"
