"Used to love going to great clips.. still get my haircut the way I want, but the other day one of the stylists not even the one cutting my hair was extremely unpleasant. I have been going to Great Clips for as long as I can remember..never a problem.. getting cashed out and am enjoying my conversation with the stylist that actually cut my hair when Mrs pleasant interjects about my military discount.. I have been getting this discount since I have been going to Great Clips, she didn't even cut my hair, (thank God), and she makes a huge deal about how I am not active duty! I'm 62.. when I served, I served! Last thing she said was "it's a dollar".. really disappointed with my last visit."

"This is my second visit and will be coming back to see Layla. She does an awesome job! I always have a hard time finding someone who is not afraid to cut short bangs, but not Layla AND she cuts my bangs PERFECT! I normally have to go home after a haircut and fix the bangs because of missed pieces, but not when Layla cuts my hair. Thank You Layla for doing such a great job!"

"I went to the lake pleasant great clips for a hair cut today. While I was trying to tell her I checked in and I’m first in line she said you guys are impatient (generalizing all Indians). First of all the lady ( who claimed she is from Europe) didn’t ask me what services I need when she checked me in. When I asked for shampoo and haircut she was not happy and said you should tell me that you need all these services and you need to pay extra (who doesn’t know that we pay for all services) and you will walk with a wet hair as we don’t provide hair drying. She calls me disrespectful and impatient. I declined the services while another lady took over and did a great job with my hair cut. Not a good start on a Sunday morning !!"
