"I booked a spot after struggling with “do I want my hair short or not?” Spur of the moment. I must say I have no regrets! Gayle was my stylist and I have nothing but good things to say. She cut my hair exactly like the photo I showed her. She talked me into color, which I didn’t originally think I wanted, but I’m so glad she talked me into it! Now they can’t stop looking in the mirror and being amazed at the transformation. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are great!"
"I went here to just have my ends trimmed, I don't know what the older man's name was. I did have to have more cut off than I really wanted. I have long and fine straight hair so having an even line was the only thing I wanted. He couldn't even do that right. It is now noticeably uneven. During the haircut he never brushed my hair fully, he also was rough when maneuvering my head around, and tangled it up so it was all frizzy at the end so I didn't immediately notice until I got home. Now I have to go somewhere else to have it evened out. I will never be coming here again."
"Will never go back. The manager treated us rudely as customers and was a witch to the person cutting my wife's hair. She kept pushing them to hurry. Yes, she had an appointment, and they took her early, and we were grateful, but for her to then rush and bug them repeatedly is messed up, and when the stylists tried to ring up the bill the manager jumped in and changed the total even though it was posted and even the stylists said it was x amount.
