"I had an appointment with Minnady for just a trim. I have long straight hair. I explained how I wanted it trimmed, then she shampooed carefully! She was great! She listened to everything I said and took her time. She trimmed very carefully, always checking it twice. Thank you so much, I am very happy with my new doo!!!"

"If you have curly hair go elsewhere. Got a babysitter & drove 40 min to get my hair cut only to be told that she didn't feel 'comfortable' cutting my hair. When making my appointment, I specifically asked if she could cut my curly/wavy hair & was told by the manager 'yes she can cut curly hair', which was a lie. I don't understand why they would hire people that aren't able to do their job. Customer service/manager not much help either. My sister & mom go there too, but not anymore"
