"Famous footwear is COMPLETELY disconnected with its customers and the information erra. I asked if they would price match and the associate said it has to be on their website so I showed her where their online and instore price were 40% higher than a local competitor and she said yeah I can't price match. This brick and morter is out of touch I'd rather pay full price at a relevant store."
