"Terrible experience waiting forever on my bike to be ready. They keep stating a pick up day and rescheduling(five times over two weeks- original quote was two days after sale-still not ready) and suggesting their staffing issues require patience from the customer…..what they need are living wages and staff ratios that don’t cause awful experiences. It’s kind of what I get for not shopping local. I hope these underpaid kids unionize!"

"All yoga mats are labeled $50. Every item I brought to the register they told me 80 or $110, and kept asking if I wanted somebody to come over and help me. Nobody came to help me when I agreed. This store is a joke, spend your money elsewhere. I wasted my gas and time coming here and will not return."

"I went in for a pair of sweats that were on sale (both in store and online). As a was leaving the store, I checked my receipt and saw that I was only charged sale price for one of the two items. I didn’t want to be that ONE customer but I went back in and checked the sale signs along with the total price online. Including shipping online, it was less than what I had been charged. When I went up to the counter and tried to ask for clarification from the team member (Mildred), she immediately reacted with a bad attitude. She ended up fixing it which I appreciated but she was obviously very bothered and not wanting to look or speak to me. I understand it’s an inconvenience but that’s not the way any situation should be handled by an employee. It was unprofessional and uncalled for. If an employee is going to react like that when being confronted with a *possible* mistake, they should not be working for a company such as Dick’s where good customer service is vital and when mistakes could be more common during the busy holiday season."

"Dick’s refused to honor a return for a golf travel bag used exactly twice that turned out to be an inferior product unable to withstand the rigors of an airplane baggage compartment. Product was virtually brand new but outside Dick’s 90-day return policy. Please stand behind products you sell us. All retailers do now. You’ve lost me as a client. Policies should be amended at manager’s discretion when they are clearly unfair to the (previously loyal) client."

"Damien in the men’s sneaker department is great. He helped me with a bunch of shoes until I found the right fit. I bought a brand I would’ve never tried on without his suggestion. He’s a real asset for the store. Everyone else in the store was super friendly and very helpful."
