"The lady was great she helped me figure out what happened at Journeys kids with my granddaughter. I guess Journeys kids had a misfit which means that they gave someone one shoe size and another shoe size and gave them to someone which I don’t know how that happens since they’re in separate boxes but whatever. The lady was so helpful and nice I do recommend them!!"
