"I’m super bummed and will not be returning. I bought Folkloric shoes here 9months ago. They need re-heeling. When I called for help, Austin was not helpful. had no expertise or experience with this. Definitely not knowledgeable in their industry. He was rude and hung up on me. When I called back he picked up and hung up again. I called a 3rd time and he refused to give me his supervisors info and was very rude and aggressive. Major attitude and sarcastic. I won’t be returning and I won’t be referring them any more."
"Lovely locally owned store featuring all things dance. If they don't have it they'll do their best to order it for you. Highly suggest making an appointment for point shoe fitting. They take their time to make sure it's the proper fit for ur dancer. Also a great place to buy gifts for the dancers in your life!"
